Started in 178 Lincoln place (Park Slope)since 2016, Banhmi Pro staff is committed to providing an enjoyable and delicious experience to our favorite Brooklyn Community and guests from across New York and beyond. One of the best banh mi sandwiches that I’ve had. The bread was delicious and thick, not a skinny stale piece that some other places offer and it was packed full. Sometimes you get a banh mi and there’s hardly anything in it, not this one!
Stopped by for a banh mi + Thai tea and this place did not disappoint! Pleasant, airy little place with a few tables and a counter to sit at; I had the beef short rib banh mi and the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. I wasn't expecting the mayonnaise in it but I'm not opposed? And the Thai tea really hit the spot on a toasty summer day like this.
So glad to have a Viet restaurant in the neighborhood. There’s no server, so no pressure to tip. The owner is super friendly. We ordered honeydew smoothie with boba, and taro bubble tea (they were able to remove the sugar for me, which many places won’t do). We had short rib banh mi. The meat is very soft. Great portions and quite affordable! The grilled pork banh mi looks very good. I will definitely try the next time.
10/10 Bahn mi! I got the grilled chicken which had great flavor and the bread was nice and toasty/crispy. It wasn’t too spicy and the pickled vegetables on it were perfect. Very friendly staff I went on the opening day. Can’t wait to go back and try the viet iced coffee.
